Responsibilities
Configure maintain and enhance assigned areas of the Degreed Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and Saba Learning Management System (LMS) supporting reliable and scalable learning delivery across the organization.
Design and implement learning solutions such as courses curricula and learning pathways based on clearly defined requirements and organizational priorities.
Execute course assignments learning campaigns and automated enrollments ensuring accuracy timeliness and a positive learner experience.
Act as a knowledgeable contributor and advisor on learning platform capabilities identifying usability improvements and opportunities to increase learner engagement within your scope of responsibility.
Collaborate closely with HR Operations Talent Development and business stakeholders to translate learning needs into effective technologyenabled solutions.
Independently manage requirements gathering configuration testing and deployment for moderately complex platform enhancements escalating risks or dependencies as needed.
Build and maintain standard and adhoc reports and dashboards to track adoption engagement and learning outcomes supporting datainformed decisionmaking.
Apply automation analytics and emerging platform capabilities to improve efficiency and personalization following established governance and best practices.
Support platform stability by troubleshooting issues investigating root causes and contributing to timely resolution of incidents.
Contribute as an engaged team member by sharing knowledge documenting solutions and supporting peers through collaboration and mentorship by example.
Qualifications
Solid experience working with enterprise software applications preferably learning or talent platforms.
Handson experience administering or supporting the Saba LMS and Degreed LXP with a working understanding of their core features and configuration options.
Familiarity with Saba capabilities such as RDI Analytics Business Rules and Security Roles.
Working knowledge of Degreed administrative functions including content management skills user management insights and reporting.
Strong Excel skills for data analysis validation and reporting.
Foundational understanding of AIenabled features such as recommendations automation or analytics and interest in applying them responsibly within learning platforms.
Ability to work independently on defined tasks while collaborating effectively within a crossfunctional team.
Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong problemsolving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment and meet delivery commitments.
Genuine interest in learning and development and in contributing to meaningful employee learning experiences.
At least 5-7 years in a related role or equivalent practical experience.
