Architecture Designer III

The responsibilities of the Architecture Designer will include but are not limited to:

• Manage and prepare detailed construction documents from concept through construction and coordinate with engineers or contractors as needed.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine designs and incorporate client feedback effectively.
• Prepare specifications and reports.
• Under the direction of the Supervising Architect may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.
• May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.
• Have a strong understanding of code compliance American with Disabilities Act/American Barriers Act and constructability.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture and four (4) years in architecture experience covering aspects of building design including survey design development construction documents construction administration or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Demonstrated experience with Revit
• Due to the nature of the work U.S. Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience
• Licensed Architect or on the path to licensure
• Masters degree is a plus
• Experience working in large and complex projects/programs
• Experience with government agencies/projects
• Proficiency in 3d rendering
• Strong technical skills related to visualization planning and architectural design
• Familiarity with AutoCAD
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrate enthusiasm highly motivated and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work well with clients staff and consultants
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as be able to work closely with and collaborate with multidiscipline design team
