We are hiring for Customer Service Representative (Blended)
Analyze customer data to provide the client with clean and commonly defined account
structures.
Contact customer for service validation and delivery as defined by stated quality KPIs
Timely and accurate management of assigned orders including utilization of Order Management
Tracker system
Check tools to resolve non-match account creation requests.
Go through workflows define steps and make decisions
Able to meet or exceed agreed service level targets with the client.
Willing to work on a Shifting Schedule
Amenable to work onsite in McKinley Taguig during Training
Knowledge and Skills:
Flexibility to work on varied projects and assignments
Ability to multitask and prioritize regularly to manage changing work needs
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Strong attention to detail good analytical skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
