Job Summary
Title:
Operation Readiness ManagerProject Overview
The project involves the execution of largescale gas facilities including offshore platforms pipelines onshore processing facilities utilities and associated infrastructure under EPC and PMC contracting models. Manpower is required across various project phases including engineering procurement construction precommissioning commissioning and startup.
General Responsibilities
- Support project execution in accordance with approved scope schedule budget HSE and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with client other PMC EPC contractors subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications international codes and client standards.
- Participate in progress meetings reporting and interface coordination.
- Identify risks issues and constraints; propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain proper technical documentation and project records.
- Support construction completion testing commissioning and handover activities as applicable.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in relevant engineering or technical discipline.
- Relevant experience in oil & gas petrochemical refinery offshore or power projects.
- Experience working in EPC and/or PMC environments.
- Familiarity with international codes standards and client specifications.
- Strong communication coordination and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work on site-based assignments(onshore/offshore).
- Minimum 15 years of experience.
Preferred Experience
- Middle East project experience in EPC/PMC
- Offshore platform pipeline or gas processing facility exposure.
- Experience with brownfield / live facility / SIMOPSprojects.
- Prior involvement in precommissioning and commissioningphases.
