Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to lead our production operations. As a key member of our manufacturing leadership team you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle ensuring that all processes run smoothly efficiently and safely. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence.
Job PurposeThe primary purpose of the Factory Manager is to oversee daily production operations to consistently meet output quality and safety targets while effectively controlling costs. This role is accountable for managing production schedules supervising staff ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations and continuously optimizing manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
