Role Overview

We are seeking aSeniorLearning & Development (L&D) Specialist who is resourceful innovative and AI-driven to design deliver andoptimizelearning initiatives role blends instructional designexpertise technology-driven learning solutions and automation to scale impactfulteam memberdevelopment across the ideal candidate has experience in instructional design digital learning program executionandleveragingAI and data to modernizeand enhancelearning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Content Development

  • Design develop andmaintainlearning materials (eLearning facilitator guides microlearning job aids etc.) aligned withproject44sbusiness goals.
  • Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE SAM Blooms Taxonomy) to ensurelearning effectiveness.

AI & Automation in L&D

  • Leverage AI-powered content creation tools (e.g. ChatGPTMindSmith Notebook LM)to accelerate development and improve learner engagement.
  • Implement AI and automation tools to improve learning experiences (e.g. onboarding bots adaptive learning paths automated reporting).
  • Stay updated on emerging AI applications in corporate learning and introduce innovative practices.
  • Prototype and test AI-enhancedsimulations virtual facilitators and chatbots for onboarding and continuous learning.

Program Management & Delivery

  • Lead and manageend-to-end execution ofglobal L&Dprograms (onboarding compliance and functional upskilling).
  • Coordinate with vendors trainers and internalsubject-matterexperts (SMEs).
  • Facilitate live and virtual learning sessions across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Ensure learning solutions are accessible and availableon-demand.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partnercross-functionallytoidentifyskill gaps and design effective learning solutions.
  • Champion a learning culture by promoting digital learning platforms and self-directed growth.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have

  • Bachelors degree in HR Psychology Education Instructional Design or related field.
  • 5years of experience in Learning & DevelopmentEdTech orInstructional Design
  • Proficiencyin AI/automation tools for content creation personalization or workflow automation
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • ProficiencywithLMS platforms andeLearning authoring tools (ArticulateMindSmith Seismic or similar).
  • Familiarity with learning data analytics and dashboards
  • Excellent facilitation communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly resourceful proactive and detail-oriented experimental mindset and comfortable pilotingnew solutions.

Good-to-Have

  • Masters degree in HR Psychology Education Instructional Design or related field.
  • Skills in video editing graphic design or multimedia content creation.
  • Data analytics or dashboarding skills (Excel Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio).
  • Experience integrating AI withlearning platforms HR systems or productivity tools.
  • Knowledge ofxAPI SCORM or LRS (Learning Record Stores).
  • Exposure tomultinational or SaaS companieswith fast-paced distributed workforces.
  • Experiencein internal/external branding internal comms content writing or similar.

In-office Commitment: This position requires a commitment to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in-office 5 days weekly.
