How Your Day Looks Like:
- Residents & Guests Interaction:
Welcome residents owners and guests with warmth and professionalism following brand service standards.
Assist with arrivals departures access card issuance and residence orientation.
Handle resident inquiries and requests ensuring timely follow-up.
- Concierge Support: Assist with event organizations bookings and reservations for residents & owners
- Communication & Coordination: Coordinate with Housekeeping Engineering and Loss Prevention to ensure seamless service.
- Quality & Service Standards: Adhere to SOPs safety standards and participate in training programs.
