Job Summary

The internship will provide a strong foundational knowledge of talent acquisition executive search operations and internal stakeholder management.
  • Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle which includes sourcing and talent acquisition activities.

  • Building up a database of prospects.

  • Input and update data ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records.

  • Research information about the market clients and industry.

  • Coordinate with responsible people from other divisions to collect information for weekly monthly reports.

  • Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the CRM system.

  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business development activities.

  • Support employee wellbeing & internal communications activities of company.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or closely related fields.
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Google Suites and other communication platforms is highly recommended.
  • Self-starters who are results-oriented resourceful analytical innovative intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to change take initiative showcase curiosity and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and analysis.
  • Fluent in both written and reading English.
  • Laptop is required.
