- Translate operational requirements into clear system focused outcomes
- Create detailed solution and requirement documentation
- Evaluate existing platforms and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with internal teams and external service providers to deliver enhancements
- Support testing activities and ensure quality aligned delivery
- Guide and support less experienced team members
- Foster productive relationships across business units
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Degree in information systems computer science or a related field
- Minimum of five years working in a business analysis capacity within technology driven environments
- Demonstrated involvement in successful project execution
- Exposure to financial services will be beneficial
- Strong understanding of data structures and reporting concepts
- Confidence in interpreting business information and system logic
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Clear written and verbal communication
