To turn raw data into clear reliable and actionable insights that support better business decisionmaking. This is done by collecting data from various sources validating and structuring the data and presenting it in a way that Business users can understand and trust.

Required Skills:

Reporting Delivery & Automation:

• Deliver accurate timely and reliable scheduled reporting to all business departments.
• Ensure reporting models are fully automated where possible or distributed in line with agreed reporting schedules and governance standards.

Report & Data Model Development:

• Perform data analysis and data mapping to design and build reporting models that meet defined business requirements.
• Develop intuitive userfriendly reporting frontends that clearly communicate insights to business users.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of all reporting solutions prior to deployment.
• Maintain enhance and optimize existing reports and data models as business needs evolve.

EndtoEnd BI Project Delivery:

• Participate in the full BI solution lifecycle including requirements definition technical specification development testing user training and production deployment.

Data Quality Validation & Analysis:

• Perform data validation and reconciliation checks to ensure data accuracy integrity and alignment with reporting logic.

Insight Discovery & Information Enablement:

• Analyze existing reporting outputs to identify data gaps inefficiencies and unmet information needs.

BI Platform & Capability Enablement:

• Stay informed of new platform features upgrades and competing BI technologies to support informed tooling and architecture decisions.

Resource & Delivery Optimization:

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to maximize development throughput and solution quality.

System Administration & Support:

• Provide BI platform administration support as required including user access management configuration and environment housekeeping.

Performance & Optimization Support:

• Assist with monitoring performance tuning and optimization of BI systems data models and queries to ensure reliability and scalability.

Health and Safety

• Participate in safety forums created by Soill for example safety meetings and safety talks
• Follow-up on any activities assigned through safety meetings / committees / representatives / management
• Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
• Attend safety education and refresher programmes
• Comply with safety policies and procedures at Soill
• Distribute safety information as and when required
• Wear protective clothing (where applicable) at all times
