Were looking for a Talent Manager to help grow and manage our network of content creators and influencers across platforms such as TikTok Instagram and YouTube. This role is focused on sourcing coordinating and supporting creators for brand campaigns while ensuring content quality brand alignment and smooth campaign delivery.
Youll work closely with internal teams and external partners to match the right creators to briefs guide them through campaign requirements and track performance outcomes. This is a handson role suited to someone who enjoys working directly with influencers and managing multiple relationships at once.
Key responsibilities
- Source onboard and coordinate influencers and content creators across social platforms
- Manage relationships with creators deals teams and external coordinators
- Clearly communicate brand guidelines campaign briefs and deliverables to influencers
- Review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand and campaign requirements
- Coordinate timelines approvals and content delivery for multiple creators at once
- Track and review performance metrics to support campaign optimisation
- Maintain organised records of creators content outputs and campaign activity
- Work closely with internal marketing and creative teams to support campaign execution
What were looking for
- Experience working with influencers or creators particularly on TikTok
- Background in influencer coordination talent management digital marketing or social media
- Comfortable explaining brand guidelines and campaign expectations to creators
- Experience reviewing influencer content and providing clear constructive feedback
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple influencers concurrently
- Confidence reviewing performance metrics and understanding campaign results
- Clear communicator who is comfortable working with different stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience managing around 1020 influencers at a time
- Exposure to influencer deals coordinators or agency partners
- Familiarity with influencer or creator tracking tools
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams
