Job Summary
Requirements
Degree in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in construction management
Solid experience in operating railway projects is an advantage
Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
Remarks
Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms

Responsibilities
Undertake project management and contractor supervision for the implementation of projects involving HV/LV equipment installation/replacement work with associated electrical building service and builders works within the operating railway environment.
Support endtoend project management functions including planning budgeting tendering risk management programme and cost control quality and safety assurance and change management.
Review contractor submissions monitor and report all site activities including work progress testing and commissioning defect rectification and asbuilt drawing compilation.
Coordinate and manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders across relevant disciplines to ensure timely project completion within budget and in full compliance with safety and quality standards.
