- Facilitate in person and virtual job readiness workshop using provided curriculum
- Maintain accurate participant records and provide programmatic reports
- Participate in refining existing curriculum as needed
- Utilize hands-on activities instructional materials handouts and visual aids to facilitate learning
- Provide instruction to participants as needed
- Discuss training progress with project staff on a regular basis
- Assisting in modeling and teaching professionalism is appropriate in the workplace and communication for participants
- Support program recruitment needs
- Collaborate with various teams enhance workshops and training
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor require
- A working knowledge of MS Office
- Two years of experience in career advisement and development facilitation customer service or similar role assisting individuals
- Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts
- Demonstrated telephone computer and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to thrive in environments with multiple stakeholders frequent change and diverse objectives
- Professional understanding of a vast array of occupations and career paths
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in education social services communications and/or 2 yrs relevant experience in human service people helping customer service-related fields
