Job Summary

Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Core HR & Payroll Testing)

Location: Remote (Monthly travel to Phoenix AZ)

Long Term Contract

Key Requirements:

Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Payroll
Hands-on experience with functional testing of:
- Custom HCM reports
- Data extracts
Ability to validate business requirements and support testing cycles
Experience working closely with functional and technical teams
Strong understanding of HCM business processes

Nice to Have:

Experience supporting UAT / SIT testing cycles
Exposure to reporting tools within Oracle HCM

Ideal Candidate:

Functional HCM consultant who can bridge business testing
Comfortable reviewing and validating custom HCM outputs
