Rates:

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation $250-262.50 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly $Per hour not OT

Holiday $750-787.50 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT

Nightly Call $Per night call to hold the pager to include 2 hours gratis

Holiday Nightly Call - $Per night call to hold the pager to include 2 hours gratis

On Call (Daily) $4200-$4500 Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis

24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $ Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis

Call Back $500-525 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Holiday Call Back $750-787.50 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Facility Location: Immanuel Medical Center/Nebraska Spine Hospital
Setting: Hospital setting performing 3600 IP/OP surgeries per year.
Duties: Independent Cases
FTE: 1.0
Required Procedures: Ortho Labor & Delivery Spine GI Gynecology Urology Cath Lab Interventional Radiology bariatric bypass minimal vascular cases
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: Anesthesia providers CRNA Anesthesia Tech
Reason for Coverage: Staffing Shortage
