Job Summary
Information Management Officers provide operational IT support and knowledge management services supporting classroom environments simulation networks and administrative systems at Fort Sill
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT technical support across workstations servers and network infrastructure
- Support enterprise systems thin clients and virtualized environments
- Manage information systems documentation and knowledge management tools
- Assist in troubleshooting NIPRNet and other authorized network services
- Install configure and maintain hardware and software
- Provide end-user support for training and operational IT systems
- Support IT equipment lifecycle management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- 3 years IT support experience
- Familiarity with Windows enterprise systems networking and system administration
Preferred Certifications:
- CompTIA Security
- Network
- Microsoft certifications
