Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Multi-Vendor Operations)

Onsite role in Orlando FL

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with 7 8 years of experience to lead and orchestrate high-impact complex projects within our multi-vendor ecosystem. The ideal candidate isnt just a task-tracker; they are a strategic facilitator capable of managing diverse external partners internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integrated solutions.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle with a specific focus on vendor alignment contract adherence and integrated delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Vendor Orchestration: Act as the central point of contact for all external vendors. Ensure that different service providers (SIs software vendors and contractors) collaborate effectively and meet interdependent milestones.
• Integrated Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that consolidate workstreams from multiple vendors into a single cohesive roadmap.
• SLA & Performance Management: Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Hold vendors accountable for quality security and timeline commitments.
• Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify white space risks-issues that fall between vendor responsibilities-and resolve them before they impact the critical path.
• Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between technical vendor teams and non-technical business leadership. Provide high-level visibility into project health budget burn and ROI.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets across multiple contracts ensuring accurate invoicing change request validation and resource optimization.
• Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve disputes between vendors regarding scope boundaries or delivery delays with a solution-oriented mindset.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7 8 years of proven project management experience specifically handling large-scale projects involving 3 external vendors.
• Vendor Savvy: Strong background in vendor selection onboarding and managing complex third-party dependencies.
• Methodology: Expert knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or Hybrid).
• Technical Literacy: Ability to understand complex system integrations and data flows well enough to challenge vendor estimates and timelines.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and soft power skills; the ability to influence partners who do not report to you directly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: PMP PRINCE2 or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is highly preferred but not mandatory for a candidate with the right experience.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
