Program Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Program Project Manager with a strong background in Infrastructure and IT Operations combined with a proven ability to lead projects using Agile methodologies particularly Scrum and SAFe The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure environments and experience leading cross-functional operational projects This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage largescale infrastructure programs drive Agile transformation and foster stakeholder alignment in complex IT ecosystems

What you need to be successful in this role

• Proven experience as a Program Project Manager in Infrastructure or IT Operations projects within enterprise environments
• Handson expertise in delivering complex infrastructure programs such as cloud adoption AWS Azure network modernization endpoint management and server virtualization
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum and SAFe with demonstrable application in infrastructure teams
• 6 years of recent project program management experience with at least 4 years leading largescale IT infrastructure initiatives
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously balancing competing priorities
• Strong grasp of IT service management ITSM principles preferably with ITIL knowledge
• Proficient in risk assessment mitigation planning conflict resolution time management and stakeholder negotiation
• Ability to drive consensus across technical and nontechnical teams
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization
• Passion for technology innovation and continuous learning.
