In this role youll lead the brand and commercial strategy for a portfolio of womens wellness productsdriving growth across DTC storefronts Amazon and retail marketplaces with a blend of creativity analytical rigor and entrepreneurial energy. Youll shape brand narratives optimize crosschannel performance accelerate digital acquisition and partner closely with innovation and commercial teams.

Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Growth
- Own the longterm brand vision and build a clear roadmap for sustainable omnichannel growth in the womens wellness category
- Analyze market trends category dynamics competitive activity and consumer insights to identify opportunities and unmet needs
- Translate insights into actionable brand product and channel strategies that expand penetration and strengthen equity
Performance & Financial Ownership
- Lead full P&L ownership tracking KPIs and building strategies that optimize revenue margin ROAS and market share
- Identify performance gaps across DTC funnels Amazon metrics (e.g. conversion search share) and paid media performance
- Deploy rapidtest initiatives to improve profitability in competitive OTC wellness and ecommerce environments
DTC & Amazon Growth Leadership
- Own strategy and execution for DTC ecommerce including site optimization funnels landing pages and CRM/email/SMS
- Lead Amazon channel strategy: PDP optimization content reviews keyword strategy retail media and promotions
- Manage digital campaigns across paid social SEM affiliate SEO programmatic lifecycle channels and marketplaces
- Use analytics to monitor KPIs and optimize CAC LTV retention and fullfunnel performance
Brand Building & Creative Development
- Craft compelling brand stories and product messaging rooted in empathy and cultural relevance
- Ensure consistent brand identity across DTC Amazon packaging social retail and campaigns
- Guide creation of digitalfirst content that drives engagement conversion and loyalty
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Partner with agencies creative teams ecommerce supply chain and innovation to deliver bestinclass execution
- Collaborate with legal/regulatory to ensure claims accuracy and compliance
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field; MBA preferred
- 5 years of brand management or growth marketing experience with consumer brands
- Required: Handson experience managing DTC ecommerce and Amazon sales/marketing
- Track record growing brands across digital channels (paid SEO/SEM affiliate CRM CRO)
- Strong analytical and financial skills with P&L experience
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with handson execution
- Exceptional collaboration and project management skills
- Experience in consumer health beauty wellness ecommerce or agency environments is a plus
