ABOUT YOU:
- 5 years of experience in game design (preferably within iGaming slots or real-money gaming)
- Proven track record of shipped titles
- Strong understanding of game mechanics player motivation and engagement loops
- Experience working with KPIs (retention monetization LTV conversion)
- Solid knowledge of RTP volatility models and math-driven design principles
- Experience writing clear and structured GDDs
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience designing slot games or live casino products
- Familiarity with regulated markets and certification processes
- Experience with A/B testing and live game optimization
- Basic understanding of game engines (e.g. Unity)
