About the role
As the Lead Regional EHS Manager you will lead the regional EHS program and team across Securitas datacenter physical security operations. Youll be responsible for creating and managing systems policies training and cultural initiatives that protect people and reduce risks. This role oversees a geographically distributed team of EHS professionals and acts as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders including client EHS leadership.
This high-impact highly collaborative position is ideal for a senior leader experienced in multi-country EHS operations risk prevention safety culture transformation and people management.
What youll do
As the Lead Regional EHS Manager you will lead the strategic development and execution of a regional EHS program that supports datacenter physical security operations. You will lead and oversee a small team of skilled EHS professionals providing strategic direction coaching and performance management to ensure consistent implementation of EHS programs across the EMEA region as part of a larger global EHS organization.
You will be accountable for ensuring compliance with datacenter safety policies regulatory requirements while actively promoting and reinforcing a strong proactive safety culture across security operations. Your responsibilities will include supporting the planning execution and continuous improvement of EHS initiatives including conducting injury investigations and risk assessment of new and existing datacenters. This role also involves administrative functions such as policy governance training co-consultation and audit coordination on operations corrective actions.
You will manage EHS performance metrics leveraging tools such as PowerBI and Excel to develop and present actionable findings to senior leadership and key stakeholders to support informed decision-making and continuous risk reduction. Youll oversee local policy creation risk assessments and emergency planning while driving continuous improvement in safety practices. Youll play a key role in mentoring staff collaborating with stakeholders auditing incident investigations and managing client relationships to ensure alignment with service expectations and safety performance metrics.

What you need to apply
Were looking for a seasoned professional with a bachelors degree in environmental science Industrial Hygiene or related field or the equivalent experience along with relevant professional safety certifications. You will have 5-7 years of progressive experience leading EHS programs with a strong background in multi-country safety program development and compliance. If you have experience in a datacenter environment and working with contract security vendors that will make you an exceptional candidate!
You should have strong leadership of regionally distributed teams and strategic program management. You must be comfortable presenting to large audiences of senior leaders and be a skilled communicator. You should have a proven track record of influencing safety culture and integrating EHS initiatives with broader business goals.
This position involves travel (30-50% of the time) so a passion for travel (and a valid passport) and the flexibility to accommodate domestic and international trips are a must. Youll also need to be comfortable with the need to work evening or weekend hours when a safety incident or other emergency occurs.
