This role presents a unique opportunity to lead the endtoend brand experience across digital platforms physical merchandise and enterprise-wide UX/UI systems. The Director Brand Experience will shape the organizations digital ecosystem streamline operational processes and ensure consistent compliant and clientcentric experiences that strengthen Equitables market position. As a senior leader this role also offers the ability to drive strategic transformation inspire a highperformance culture and influence the future of Equitables brand and client one of the regions top employers and be part of something that truly makes a differenceWork Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo ON a minimum of two (2) assigned consecutive days every other week plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum youll do:Create and develop policies and procedures for the implementation of the brand experience strategy that supports the goals of the of comprehensive and responsive merchandising strategy that meets the changing needs of with vendors to organize creation of merchandise to populate the store the relationship with storage/fulfilment partner. Create and develop an agile or waterfall operating model and corresponding service standards to ensure web experiences are consistent across the enterprise. Create manage and ensure consistency of print templates including manage and ensure consistency of web experiences including marketing. Create and develop brand digital experience strategy for the corporate website brand e-store print on demand e-store and other cross line of business web property as assigned. Source product and stand-up supply chain for the Equitable merchandise e-store including quality for the implementation of the brands digital experience strategy including:Defining the advisor and client experience on various digital platformsPrioritizing the implementation of the experienceAccountable for ensuring the capture of applicable data from the digital experience to be used for various initiativesOverseeing being responsible for and accountable for the implementation of the experience including being the accountable person for persistent IT streams each with relationship management with Digital Experience Leadership Operational Leadership Distribution Leadership Product Marketing Leadership and Executive Team stakeholdersCreate and develop policies and procedures related to training and development in all reporting prompt quality productive service in all reporting departmentsEnsure operational compliance with all application legislation and regulationsEnsure responsible human resource management including recruiting performance management reward and recognition and talent management in reporting departments and with direct reporting leaders Ensure diligent budget management of youll bring:Post secondary education or significant experience is lieu.5 10 years of experience in and training in strategic running agile leadership skillsExcellent communication skills verbal and writtenStrong relationship management skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence othersUnderstanding of the insurance industry including its issues distributors competitors products legislation is an risk management and exception analysis/decision making to manage multiple workstreams all with varying business requirements and skill set to balance multiple deadlines and manage multiple departments and knowledge of the departments within the knowledge of workflows and process in it for you:Career Growth: Regular learning sessions and developmentopportunitiesTotal Rewards: Incentive pay annual salary reviews employer-paid benefits and pensionmatchingTime Away: Competitive vacation plus one paid volunteer day each yearFlexibility: Healthy work-life balance with employee wellness always top of mind complemented by a dress for your day approachAt Equitable were committed to fair pay and an inclusive accessible hiring experience.
