WORK SCHEDULE

Full-Time / 40 Hours per week

Day Shift

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Be responsible for facilitating assigned surgical procedures through the assembly of instrumentation equipment and supplies

This position functions competently and independently within multiple specialty areas

Competitive candidates will have certification as scrub technologist and/or six months of experience as an Operating Room Technician in a hospital operating room or childbirth center

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take the lead in the patient care experience by prepping and maintaining our Operating Rooms for surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and partners from our scheduling team to surgeons
  • Work in a dynamic fast-paced problem-solving environment while maintaining vigilance of instruments and supplies used during surgical procedures
  • Perform scrub role while supporting patient safety a sterile environment
  • Support of post-operative tasks including removal of contaminated instruments decontamination sterilization and turnover of the Operating Room

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Completion of a Surgical Technologist program AND one year of experience assisting clinical staff in a variety of operative procedures in an operating room environment.

Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements such as a license certification and/or registration.

Compensation Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum:

$34.77 hourly

Pay Range Maximum:

$50.58 hourly

Other Compensation:

$10000 Sign-On Bonus Certification Premium - $1.25/hour
