Ensures the proper preparation and ordering of radioactive materials calibrates equipment implements stringent quality control measures monitors patient conditions and performs additional assigned tasks.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Educational credentials to fulfill certification licensing or registration requirements.
- Upon hire: Oregon Nuclear Medicine Technologist License or Oregon Nuclear Medicine Technologist Temporary License.
- Upon hire: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.- Within six months (180 days) of hiring: National Registered Technologist (NRT) certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology or National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
