German Customer Support Representative International Opportunity in Lisbon

A global leader in customer experience services is currently hiring German-speaking Customer Support Representatives for its international operations in Lisbon.

Your Role

Provide support to German-speaking customers
Handle inquiries through multiple communication channels
Identify and resolve customer issues effectively
Deliver outstanding service and maintain satisfaction levels
Document cases and update internal systems
Work collaboratively with internal teams

Requirements

C1 level German language skills
B2 English
EU citizenship or legal work authorization in Portugal
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon as soon as possible
Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset

Experience is considered a plus but not mandatory.
