About the Role
Join an international team as a Customer Service Specialist supporting Hungarian-speaking customers in a dynamic international e-commerce this role you will provide high-quality service handle customer inquiries efficiently manage peak periods during promotions and contribute to an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Maintain strong knowledge of leading e-commerce products and services.
Provide outstanding customer support with empathy and clear decision-making.
Handle customer communication professionally via phone email and chat.
Manage high volumes of customer contacts during promotional periods.
Requirements
Fluent Hungarian (spoken and written)
Good English level (spoken and written)
Strong understanding of e-commerce environments
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain calm empathetic and solution-focused under pressure
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 920/month 14 months
Performance Bonus: 45/month 11 months
Meal Allowance: 7.63/day
Welcome Bonus: Paid monthly during the first year (1/12 per month)
