Location: Lisbon Portugal (On-site)

Start Date: 19 February 2026
Contract: 6 months (with potential extension)
About the Role
Join an international and fast-growing environment supporting B2B advertisers using advanced digital advertising solutions for a leading global technology project (client confidential).
In this role you will act as a trusted partner for advertisers supporting them with product troubleshooting campaign-related inquiries and platform optimization. This position offers strong exposure to AdTech Digital Marketing and B2B Customer Support with long-term career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Support advertisers via email and chat channels
Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting and support cases
Collaborate with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams
Provide accurate clear and timely updates to clients
Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and SLA compliance
- Educate advertisers on product features best practices and campaign optimization
Candidate Profile
Proven experience with paid advertising campaigns
Degree in Marketing or a related field
Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Previous experience in a Contact Center or AdTech support environment
- Strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals and social media platforms
- Excellent communication problem-solving and customer service skills
Working Schedule
Monday to Sunday 07:00 19:00
Rotational shifts (07:0016:00 / 10:0019:00)
2 rotating days off
Future transition to 24/7 rotational shifts (TBC by client)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: 920 gross/month (paid over 14 months)
Complexity Bonus: 40 gross/month (paid over 11 months)
Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day
Health Insurance: from Day 1 (free after 6 months)
