Were looking for a BPO Trainer who can deliver engaging training strengthen team capabilities and drive operational success through learning.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Background in Travel prioritize candidates with experience handling Expedia accounts.
- At least 2 years of BPO Process Trainer experience is required
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering training materials including presentation materials training guides/manuals course evaluations etc.
- Coordinating training schedule based on training requirements
- Positions on this level have comprehensive knowledge of the specific discipline or the broader area in which the position operates.
- Executes specialized projects and activities and typically works according to set principles.
- Usually generates and initiates own workload and doesnt need instructions or guidelines.
- Might also supervise work of less experienced professionals providing professional expertise and taking responsibility for the end product.
- Positions at this level are expected to significantly improve the day-to-day activities/processes.
