- Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email chat and phone.
- Product Guidance: Assist customers in choosing the right e-bike tailored to their needs preferences and budget.
- Product Knowledge: Offer accurate detailed information about e-bike features and specifications.
- Order Support: Provide regular updates on order and delivery status.
- After-Sales Service: Handle after-sales questions including warranty claims missing parts or potential damage.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Proactively suggest enhancements to support workflows and internal processes.
- Content Contribution: Help create training materials and knowledge-sharing resources for the wider team.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in German (strong written and verbal skills) and English (B2 level).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with an enthusiastic positive attitude.
- Adaptability: Self-driven and capable of thriving in a fast-paced evolving environment.
