Business Development Representative (German-English) Hybrid Kraków Poland

What youll be doing:
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients across diverse industries
Identify new sales opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts
Lead consultative sales conversations handle objections and close deals
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business technology challenges
Keep up with industry trends and cloud solution innovations
What were looking for:
Fluent in German (B2/C1) & English (B2)
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with a background in SaaS IT cloud/technology or digital advertising sales and preferably hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads.
Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills
Experience in account development prospecting and closing deals
Interest or basic understanding of cloud-based technologies
Solution-oriented and proactive mindset
