We are hiring Solution Specialists speaking Norwegian Finnish or Portuguese to join an international Cloud Solutions environment. This role is designed for professionals with a strong commercial mindset and proven B2B tech sales experience.
Role Overview
As a Solution Specialist you will partner with business customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable cloud-based solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor combining sales expertise with technical knowledge to drive long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with B2B clients and identify business requirements

Recommend and position cloud-based solutions

Manage and develop long-term customer relationships

Drive revenue growth through consultative selling

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery
Mandatory Requirements

Fluent Norwegian OR Finnish OR Portuguese plus good English

Strong B2B tech sales experience
Preferably in cloud technologies (Azure cloud solutions etc.) -
Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a hybrid model in Spain
