Role Overview:

As a Campaign Specialist you will act as a trusted advisor to businesses beginning their journey with Google Ads. From account setup to campaign launch youll guide clients through the onboarding process while applying initial optimizations to support ongoing performance and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded clients ensuring smooth account setup and activation
Strategic Support: Understand client goals and design tailored advertising strategies to meet their needs
Campaign Management: Create launch and optimize PPC campaigns aligned with best practices and performance targets
Client Engagement: Communicate with clients via calls virtual meetings and email to provide guidance and insights
Growth Identification: Spot upselling opportunities and support campaign scaling using advanced tools and strategies
Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics identify trends and continuously improve campaign results
Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on Google Ads features tools and market trends to provide informed recommendations

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level)
Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
Skills: Strong leadership qualities analytical mindset and excellent communication abilities
