Senior Manager People Solutions Consulting Retail GC drives the execution delivery and daytoday advanced HR support at scale. It also has high strategic levels of HR generalist expertise leadership acumen and deliver expert consult across all levels of the organization.
We are looking for candidates who enjoy collaboration problem solving team management and strategic thinking. As a Senior Manager you will lead GC PSC Retail team to drive the resolution of escalated complex and broad inquiries and lead HR projects in specific focus area. Liaise with HR partners and HRBP leaders on connected projects & strategies and leveraging HRs operating model to achieve the strongest results. You must be comfortable with ambiguity and change as youll help drive HRs continuous push towards transformation and innovation. You will approach work with a consumer mindset always putting the employee at the center of every interaction.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Demonstrate overall team leadership directly lead and develop PSC retail team evaluate and manage team performance/effectiveness while fostering a positive engaged and productive work culture.
Drive HR initiatives/delivery of centerled HR programs that demonstrate the overall success and growth of Nike. Manage crossfunctional project work.
Provide coaching advising and counsel to managers and employees in a wide range of topics including: performance management team management employee lifecycle management organization transformation and more. Enhance the teammate/manager experience through PSC service delivery.
Support organizational implementations and activation work.
Proactive project based strategic work in addition to responding to escalated employee and manager requests. Youll be a key thought partner with both business leaders and Business HR Partners. Identify proactive opportunities in business where PSC can add value. Provide datadriven insights identify trends design practical solutions.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This position uniquely interacts with many teams within HR and the business. You will work with key stakeholders inclusive of People Solutions Business HR COEs Employment Legal and various business teams. You will report to the Director People Solutions Consulting GC
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience education and training
10 years of HR experience (work experience in HRBP or HR Generalist is preferred) demonstrating understanding of the full spectrum of HR programs and policies
Demonstrated knowledge of the Nike business and Retail business
Demonstrated knowledge of HRs operating model
