Job Summary

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our growing international sales team based in Kraków. You will be the first point of contact for prospects across the DACH region (Germany Austria Switzerland) driving top-of-funnel pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting personalised outreach and qualification of key accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded individual who wants to build a career in B2B sales within a fast-scaling multilingual environment with genuine promotion prospects to Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify outbound leads via phone email and LinkedIn in fluent German
  • Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers within the DACH market
  • Build and execute personalised multi-touch outreach sequences
  • Book discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot)
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and sales-qualified leads (SQLs)
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on DACH-focused campaigns and messaging
  • Report weekly pipeline activity and performance metrics to the Sales Manager

What Were Looking For

  • Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 minimum) essential
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in B2B sales SDR BDR or outbound lead generation is a plus
  • Confident communicator with a resilient target-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot or similar)
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach Salesloft Apollo) is an advantage
  • Ability to research and build account-level knowledge quickly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment
  • Willingness to relocate to Kraków or already based in Poland
