What Youll Do

• Handle Dutch-speaking customer inquiries via phone email and live chat
• Resolve product and service issues with professionalism and empathy
• Log and track customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Work collaboratively with your team to solve complex cases
• Guide customers through product use and onboarding
• Collect feedback to help continuously improve the customer experience

What Were Looking For

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2) with solid English skills (B2)
• A natural communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Previous customer service call centre or helpdesk experience is a plus but not essential
• Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
• Ready and willing to relocate to Athens Greece
