Job Summary
We are currently hiring on behalf of our client HUK for an exciting opportunity to join their international customer experience team.
Location: Greece (Fully Remote from Greece)
Start Date: 1 June

About the Role
As a Customer Expert you will support HUK customers by handling inquiries via phone chat and email. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality support resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a positive customer experience.
You will be part of a multicultural fast-paced and supportive environment.
Salary & Compensation
1450 gross monthly base salary
14 salary payments per year including full Christmas and vacation bonuses
Performance bonus up to 10% of monthly gross salary
Training
Fully paid training (1530 days)

Full-time (40 hours per week)
Rotating shifts Monday to Friday (10:00 18:00 EEST)
