Inviting applications for the role of Associate Sales Administrator Operations!
In this role you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement of existing processes in sales industry.

Responsibilities
Process and manage sales orders invoices and sales records accurately and on time.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
Coordinate with different service teams to ensure timely delivery.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve order-related issues promptly.
Support the sales team in preparing data and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Ensure adherence to data privacy and confidentiality standards in all customer interactions
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any discipline
Good years of working experience
Desired prior experience in sales support
Excellent Communication Skills
Problem Solving Skills and an eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
Must be able to work on a flexible schedule
Ability to work under high pressure environment
MS Office - Basic (Excel PowerPoint Word)
