Job Summary

Position: Mobile Workforce Technician I

The Mobile Workforce Technician I is an entry-level role responsible for performing standard janitorial and facility service tasks at assigned customer locations as part of HBMs mobile workforce team. Technicians will travel with their assigned team to multiple worksites and complete scheduled cleaning tasks according to HBM service standards.

This role focuses on learning HBM cleaning procedures maintaining consistent quality and supporting the team in completing daily service routes.

Technician I employees perform routine cleaning duties and are not responsible for operating specialized equipment or handling advanced cleaning chemicals until additional training is completed.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Subjective to emergencies: after hours weekends and holidays.

Compensation per hour: $19.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

Routine Cleaning Services

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and trash removal

Clean restrooms break rooms and common areas

Maintain high-touch disinfection standards

Follow task checklists and HBM cleaning procedures

Team Operations

Work as part of a mobile team servicing multiple locations

Assist with routine cleaning tasks and equipment setup

Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the workday

Reporting & Documentation

Report supply shortages access issues or safety concerns to the team lead

Follow instructions from the Technician Lead and Dispatch Manager

Professional Conduct

Represent HBM professionally at customer sites

Maintain a clean appearance and respectful demeanor

Follow all company safety policies

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Ability to follow procedures and instructions

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks

Strong attention to detail

Drivers license not required
