We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with expertise in Canadian Payroll and SuccessFactors integration. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and configuration experience in SAP Payroll PA/PD and Time modules with hands-on experience in schema and rule modifications. The candidate will also provide support handle complex payroll tickets and deliver payroll solutions in compliance with Canadian business legislation

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Responsibilities:

Configure SAP Payroll for Canadian payroll scenarios including schema and rule modifications.
Collect verify and process payroll information; determine pay and benefit entitlements; maintain accurate payroll records.
Withhold remit and report source deductions to the CRA including CPP contributions and income tax.
Provide payroll information and guidance within departments company or establishment.
Handle complex support tickets and investigations efficiently.
Interface with clients and cross-functional teams to implement integrated payroll solutions.
Configure present and discuss SAP Payroll best practices and functionality.
Leverage experience in PA/PD Time and Payroll modules for full life-cycle implementations.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Must-Have Skills:

Minimum 7 years of functional/configuration experience in SAP Payroll.
configuration experience in SAP HCM Payroll PA/PD and Time modules with hands-on experience in schema and rule modifications.
Experience with at least 2 full life-cycle implementations.
Strong consulting and client relationship skills.
Knowledge of Canadian business legislation and payroll compliance.
Ability to configure present and discuss SAP Payroll best practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or French.
Leadership and team mentoring skills.

Good-to-Have Skills / Certifications:

SAP HR Certification.
SAP SuccessFactors Certification.
Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
