Job Summary
Job Description: AIML Oracle HCM Architect
Role Overview
As an AIML Oracle HCM Architect you will lead the design and implementation of end-to-
end enterprise AI/GenAI architectures within the Oracle HCM ecosystem. You will be
responsible for bridging business requirements with technical execution to drive automated
scalable and production-ready HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Leadership: Design end-to-end enterprise AI/GenAI architectures
including LLMs RAG and agentic frameworks specifically tailored for Oracle
HCM.
Solution Blueprinting: Drive the creation of solution blueprints governance
frameworks and scalability models for HR automation.
Technical Integration: Lead the integration of AI-powered applications with Oracle
Recruiting Cloud and Oracle Onboarding/Journeys.
API Management: Utilize expert knowledge of Oracle REST APIs Atom Feeds and
HCM Data Loader to enable seamless data orchestration.
Process Optimization: Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases within the
TAO (Talent Attraction & Onboarding) journey to reduce manual effort.
Required Technical Skills
Oracle Ecosystem: Deep experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud Oracle
Onboarding and Oracle Journeys.
UI/UX: Proficiency in Oracle Redwood UX and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
Integration Tools: Expert knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) HCM Data
Loader and Atom Feeds.
AI/ML Frameworks: Familiarity with LLMs RAG and agentic frameworks (e.g.
LangChain Semantic Kernel MSFT Foundry Service).
Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with Azure or GCP Kubernetes and
microservices architecture.
Qualifications
Experience: 10 years in technical leadership roles with a focus on AI/GenAI and
enterprise architecture.
Leadership: Proven track record in Agile delivery stakeholder management and
leading cross-functional teams (engineering data and business).
Governance: Strong understanding of Responsible AI security and governance
standards.
