At Convatec we are looking for a University Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end projects and actively participate in key HR processes gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of full projects and manage tasks with a higher level of complexity.
Manage and lead the onboarding (induction) program including agenda coordination logistics daily interaction with new hires communication and corporate presence.
Act as a point of contact for employees representing the HR area with professionalism and confidence.
Support the team with data analysis presentations and information management.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives and HR projects according to business needs.

Profile We Are Looking For

Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or related fields.
Autonomous confident and communicative with the ability to lead sessions and take ownership of responsibilities.
Comfortable making basic decisions and proposing solutions.
Strong skills in Excel PowerPoint and database management.
English is not a mandatory requirement; however the ability to understand and manage documents in English using available tools is expected.

Work Model & Schedule

Hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
Some weeks may require full on-site attendance depending on the activities.
Flexible schedule aligned with university requirements.
