Adobe is looking for a high-energy driven and self-motivated individual to join AdobesCustomer Experience Orchestrationteam as an Associate Business Development Representativesupporting our sales teams.
This is a net newearly in careerbusiness development role and as such you will be given the opportunity to learn grow and be successful inunderstanding the Adobe solutions for the Digital Experience business.
You willexcel inestablishingmeaningful conversations with a variety of IT and C-level decision makers ina variety of industries and you will prospect educate qualify and develop target accounts to generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities.
Through account-based sales development you willidentifyand build sales pipeline that leads to revenue growth.As astarterrolein Adobe you will have the opportunity to work acrossa number ofdifferent industries businesspersonasandteams.
As an Associate Business Development Associate you will be asked at times to sit in differing Business Development roles. Yourday to dayactivities will be cross differing segments within theorganisation.In the future as your success continues you will be moved to a dedicated accountpatch onceyour area of specialisation is uncovered and developed.
WhatYoullDo
Generate sales pipeline throughinbound/outbound prospecting activities via telephone video and email
Build awareness into the account base through regular email campaignsdrive attendance to live and online webinarsandassistwith event/webinarfollow ups.
Research accountsidentifykey players generateinterestand develop accounts to uncover and develop opportunities for Adobes products.
Handle and overcome prospect objections with confidence.
Become a trusted resource and develop positive relationships with your sales ecosystemand peers.
Update CRM Outreach and other tools as necessary to ensure the capture of key activity history & ensure a smooth hand-off to the AccountExecutiveas necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adobes competitive positioning in the marketplace.
Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual pipeline generating targets to ensure territory revenueobjectivesand pipeline linearity.

A trackrecordof achieving measurable sales goals in IT or any other sales-focused environment.
Attention to detail to supportaccurateentry and management of lead data in a CRM systemas.
Positive and energetic phone skills excellent listening skills strongwritingand presentation skills
An interest insales prospecting tactics and technologies.
An interest in developing and learning new skills with highly organised withtheability to work in fast-paced environment.
