Job Summary
Schedule: 8:00 AM 3:30 PM Approximately 3035 hours per week
Suntrup Automotive Group is looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Courierto support our dealership operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move staying organized and helping multiple departments keep daily operations running smoothly.
The Runner plays an important role in handling deliveries transporting important documents and assisting various departments with time-sensitive errands.
Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver intercompany correspondence and materials between the administration building and dealership locations
Deliver daily deposits to the bank
Make regular visits to the DMV for title and registration work
Run errands and assist various departments as needed
Ensure important documents and items are transported securely and on time
Maintain professionalism when representing the company off-site
Qualifications
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation to and from work
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple errands and prioritize tasks efficiently
Professional and dependable with strong communication skills
