Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the senior leadership team and teaching staff
Managing incoming calls emails and general enquiries
Maintaining accurate student records and administrative documentation
Supporting the organisation of meetings school events and parent evenings
Assisting with attendance records and communication with families
Preparing letters reports and school communications
Supporting admissions and student information processes
Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative tasks
Person Specification
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Confidence using administrative systems and office software
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Professional and friendly approach when interacting with parents and visitors
Previous experience in a school administration role would be beneficial but is not essential.
