This role supports the sales team by coordinating the end to end order lifecycle from order entry through production alignment shipment and delivery. It acts as the central point of contact for customers on order status documentation and logistics updates while ensuring compliance with export requirements and company procedures. The position works closely with sales supply chain plant operations and finance to ensure accurate order processing timely shipments and strong OTIF performance delivering a reliable and seamless customer experience.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Order Fulfilment & Logistics Coordination- Coordinate the full Thailand to MEA shipment lifecycle including order entry booking production alignment dispatch and in transit tracking.
  • Prepare and verify export documentation required by customers- Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers to secure bookings confirm vessel or flight schedules and provide ETD and ETA updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure full compliance with Incoterms MEA import requirements and company export procedures Monitor and manage OTIF performance order lead times backlog status and risk alerts for delayed urgent or disrupted shipments.
  • Sales Support & Systems Management- Support MEA sales teams with pricing and sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer data and activity tracking in Salesforce CRM- Perform pricing checks margin validation and order verification in SAP before order acceptance manage and monitor OTIF cycle times and supply chain risks using available dashboards and reports.
  • Customer Service & Communication- Act as the central point of contact for MEA customers and distributors for all order related inquiries documentation needs and shipment updates.
  • Provide proactive and timely communication on production readiness shipment timelines ETD and ETA delivery schedules and any potential delays.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring clarity speed and accuracy in all interactions- Support customers with order confirmations documentation requests and after sales service to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Working across different time zones providing seamless support and coordination with the logistics team.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong co-ordination skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focused mindset
  • A good understanding of order management logistics processes and Incoterms is important along with working knowledge of SAP and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail is critical especially for documentation and compliance as well as the ability to work cross functionally and manage internal stakeholders effectively

Qualification and Experience:

  • Graduate in Commerce Engineering or relevant field (MBA in Supply Chain or Operations preferred)
  • 57 years of relevant experience in Sales co-ordination customer service etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in industry-specific procurement e.g. chemicals manufacturing FMCG would be an added advantage
