Job Summary
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Verification Places purchase orders to supplier in ERP
Communicates daily with supplier to ensure on-time deliveries
Expedite/postpone orders
Prepares reports and extract information from ERP
Manage and control inventory levels and movements
Performs any other task given by the team leader/management
Who You Are:
You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one small and large groups or among diverse styles and position levels. You understand that different situations may call for different approaches.
For This Role You Will Need:
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP JDE or Oracle) with deep understanding of MRP logic and system optimization
Advanced data analytics using Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP pivot tables)
Supply chain optimization techniques including safety stock calculations reorder point optimization and ABC/XYZ analysis
Inventory management frameworks (DD MRP JIT VMI) with proven PDBL reduction track record
Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite including advanced PowerPoint for S&OP reporting
English: Advanced proficiency (minimum B2.2/C1) for international collaboration and documentation
