We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with oversubscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Sales Team Lead to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Successfully generate new business from prospects and expand existing customer accounts.

  • Build rapport and establish long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from identifying prospects and creating opportunities to handling complex negotiations and closing deals.

  • Ensure seamless execution of client requests and coordinate with internal departments to resolve service inquiries effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in any related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales.

  • Experience in Team Management is essential.

  • Strong passion for Sales proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

  • Good communication and presentation skills with a solid understanding of Software.

  • Proficient in computer skills especially MS Office.

  • Must possess a valid driving license and own a car.

  • Good command of English and Thai.
