Job Summary
Job Description
Project/Program:Consultants are needed to augment state staff with the continuing support and maintenance of several Oracle Forms applications. Upgrades and re-writes of these applications will also addition consultants will be responsible for new java application development.
Day-to-Day:
- Design and create scripts for databases
- Develop maintain and enhance both Oracle Forms and Java applications
- Application testing
- Create and maintain documentation
- Assist with implementation and ITSM incidents
Mandatory Requirements:
Software Architect - Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards including software coding standards tools and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system.
Expert - 84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Requested Requirements:
- 84 months of programming experience developing forms using Oracle Forms 11g or higher AND developing reports using Oracle Reports 11g or higher.
- 84 months of programming experience developing maintaining and/or enhancing electronic attendance and leave applications for public sector with a significant 24/7 workforce operation
- 60 months of programming experience working in a Unix environment developing Korn shell scripts.
- 60 months of programming experience creating modifying relational database structures and using PL/SQL for writing triggers and procedures for Oracle RDBMS version 11g or higher.
- 84 Months experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI)
- 48 months experience programming experience in server-side Java web applications in a multi-tier architecture such as presentation application and database tiers using JDK 1.5 or higher.
