What we are looking for
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is ready to take the wheel and drive our talent acquisition and employer branding.
This role is for someone who thrives when given the ownership to shape talent acquisition rather than just maintaining it. We are looking for an owner who does not wait for a map when they see a roadblock but proactively coordinates a solution to keep our talent acquisition journey moving forward from hiring processes to employer branding.
You should be someone who values transparency is never satisfied with a good enough process and is proactively looking for ways to make the next hire better for both Daytrip and candidates. We need someone who is genuinely curious about our business staying deeply in tune with our goals to ensure that every hire moves the needle for Daytrip.
What you will do
- You are not just executing a process; you are refining it. You will create the playbooks define interview standards and build the framework for how we hire
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You own the final result from the first intake meeting to the signed offer ensuring an exceptional experience at every turn
- You will find ways to showcase our culture and what life at Daytrip is about through our employer branding by partnering with the Marketing team to ensure we attract the right talent
- You will use creative direct sourcing tactics and brand storytelling to find talent directly managing the cost and efficiency of every requisition
- Act as a strategic partner to our senior department leads you will guide them through the hiring process and hold the bar for a high-quality selection process
- You will immerse yourself in how Daytrip works so you can find the talent that actually moves the needle and raises our culture
- You do not just fill a role and move on; you analyze the process identify improvements and implement smarter ways to work so the next hire is even more efficient and of higher quality
- Beyond hiring you will step in to support the wider People team where needed as team work makes a dream work
What You Bring
- Experience in talent acquisition and employer branding (3 years)
- English fluency (written and spoken) is essential as our company language is English
- You understand hiring metrics and continuously evolve and report on them to drive better results
- You are comfortable advising senior leaders providing data and guidance they need to make the right hiring decisions even when it means challenging the status quo
- You enjoy looking for ways to upgrade our standards and improve our ways of working
- You know how to build a brand presence and source passive talent through direct action rather than relying on passive applicants
- You have an innate sense of ownership you do not wait for permission to find a solution
