Are you passionate about the medical device industry and looking to make a difference in peoples lives We are looking for a Team Lead Supply Chain (f/m/d) to join our team.

You will take charge of daily operations in procurement and order this role youll ensure the smooth flow of our supply chain from product conformity availability and quality to continuous improvement of processes.

Your Impact:

  • Lead and inspire teams across purchasing internal sales handling/storage and outgoing goods.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processesadministrative and operational from supplier search and qualification to contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
  • Foster supplier excellence by handling claims auditing and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Partner with international cross-functional teams on change management quality agreements and product introductions.
  • Approve and follow up on first article inspections and handle quality inspections when required.
  • Continuously improve and standardize processes train teams and drive operational discipline through Daily Kaizen and KPI reviews.
  • Support the ERP system setup and maintenance including item master data and risk analysis for suppliers.
  • Advocate for Health & Safety best practices within the Supply Chain Management area.

What You Bring:

  • A solid background in procurement supply chain or project management backed by relevant qualifications and years of experience.
  • Proven leadership experienceyou enjoy guiding and developing people.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 (chapter 7.4 and 8.3) and FDA 21 CFR part 820 (subparts EO).
  • Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in ISO 13485 auditing beneficial.
  • Proficiency in pFMEA AQL sampling 5-Why analysis and defect data collection.
